The Auction House is a unique apartment, set over two floors in the heart of Criccieth town on the Llyn Peninsula. This wonderful apartment, full of character offers accommodation for eleven people in five bedrooms, consisting of one second floor king-size double with en-suite basin and thunderbox WC, a second floor twin, a first floor king-size double, a first floor twin and a first floor family room with 1 king-size double and 1 single with en-suite slipper bath and shower cubicle. The apartment also has a first floor kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with bar and gas fire, and a first floor bathroom with roll-top bath. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture and off road parking. The Auction House provides an excellent base that you will want to return time and again. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking opposite for 2 cars, plus free car park opposite property. Enclosed front gravel patio with furniture. The owner accepts one dog with no charge and a second dog at £20. They do not accept more than 2 dogs. Sorry no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 min walk. Note: Spiral staircase to second floor may not be suitable for very young children. Note: Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: Check-in 4pm.
